All puppies and kittens to attend pet training classes and socialization classes.

To ensure that the dog/cat is not let off leash until training is complete and recall is secure and that dogs is secure on collar and harness at all times and you further confirm that I am aware of my legal obligations regarding ownership of a dog under all current legislation and that I will at all times ensure observation of the current legislation

I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and all information given at any time to the Rescue is correct.

I agree that the adoption donation for the chosen pet, paid to The Golden Heart Rescue Family is not for the purchase of the pet, but for the costs in relation to this pet and donation towards the upkeep and medical care of any present or future pets which The pet House may rescue AND that as a donation is not refundable except in cases where Golden Heart Rescue Family deem it proper that this should be refunded to you. The Rescue is at liberty to use all or any part of this donation towards the costs they incur for this pet if they feel the new owner is wholly or in part responsible for the pet being returned, this to include not giving adequate time for settling, ignoring the Rescue representatives and any other cause or behavior giving rise to a fault on the part of the owner.

To make a 70% deposit from the said fee before meeting up with/or before pet delivered to the provided address. The deposit is used to clear vet bills and also for the preparation of the puppy/dog package. This deposit is part of the said adoption and refundable in case the adopter is not convenient with the dog. The adopter will also be given the opportunity to make another choice from available/ready for adoption dogs and cats. GHR do not accept any random visits so we can only schedule for appointments with adopters.

NOTE: Any dog Adopted remains the property of the adopter but must not be sold on, given away (except in accordance with the rescue team) or otherwise disposed of. The Dog Must be surrendered to GHR  on Request

I understand that if at any stage in the adoption process Golden Heart  Rescue’s requirements aren't met, we may be turned down for adoption of a particular dog.

I consent to my data being stored and processed by this website for the purposes of this application and I confirm that I have read and agree to the organisation's privacy policy.
